Occupation Forces Storm Towns South of West Bank, 5 Palestinians Arrested, 13 Injured in Clashes

RAMALLAH — Israeli occupation forces on Sunday stormed the West Bank city of Hebron and arrested 5 Palestinians. Additionally, 13 Palestinians were injured during clashes erupted late Saturday with Israeli soldiers after they invaded Beita and Burin towns in the southern West Bank city of Nablus.

The Palestinian Prisoner's Club said in a statement that the occupation forces also ransacked a number of Palestinian homes during the operation.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces closed the entrances of Salfit Governorate with sand berms, preventing Palestinians from reaching their workplaces.

The Palestinian Red Crescent said in a statement Sunday that medical staff provided first aid to 10 of the injured and transferred the other three to the hospitals, one of which was reported in critical condition.
