Jordan Tourism Board, Hungarian Anubis Travel Sign Agreement

AMMAN — Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) signed an agreement on Monday with Hungarian Anubis Travel to operate direct weekly flights from Hungarian capital Budapest to Aqaba.

According to a JTB statement, the agreement was signed in implementation of the JTB's strategy to support charter and low cost flights.

The first flight arrived at the King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba on September 24 carrying 102 Hungarian tourists, who will stay in Jordan for one week.

Another flight arrived in Aqaba on October 2 carrying 113 tourists.
