Eagle Hills Jordan: USD2.4b Worth of Real Estate Investments in Jordan

AMMAN —Al Ghad— Abu Dhabi-based private equity and real estate development and investment company, Eagle Hills Jordan, uncovered USD2.4 billion worth of investment projects underway in Jordan, deliverable within the year 2017.

According to company CEO Eng Alaa Bataineh’s statements to “Al Ghad”, Eagle Hills has four tourism and real estate projects in Amman and Aqaba, 60 and 65 per cent complete, on average, including Saraya Aqaba, the Sky-Line apartments project, as well as a hotel in Amman, all three by Eagle Hills owned company Saraya, in addition to other projects by Al Maabar, another affiliate company, implementing the Marsa Zayed port project in Aqaba, and the St Regis Hotel in Amman.

With all the projects funded and financed by owners, there are other projects that have not been invested yet, Bataineh elaborated, including residential projects in Khalda and Abdali.

All in all, these projects provide over 5,000 permanent jobs, says Bataineh.
