Jordanian Air Force Bomb ISIS Sites near Borders with Syria

AMMAN — The Royal Jordanian Air Force, Friday night, carried out several airstrikes targeting ISIS sites in southern Syria, killing and injuring a number of Daeshi militant and destroying vehicles, according to a statement by the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.

Drones and precision-guided munitions were used in the airstrikes, which also targeted a former Syrian army post Daesh had occupied.

Air Force fighter jets destroyed an arms depot, a warehouse used to make car bombs, and a barracks used by the terrorist group.

The statement said the airstrikes come as part of the Kingdom's efforts to eradicate this terrorist organization.
