Iraqi Gov’t Summons Jordanian Charge D'affaires in Baghdad

AMMAN —AlGhad— The Iraqi government today, Sunday, summoned the Jordanian Charge D’affaires in Baghdad, over an activity in Mafraq yesterday, Saturday, deemed insulting to some Iraqi figures, according to the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, Ahmad Jammal.

Protestors in Mafraq stepped on pictures of Iranian and Iraqi figures, including former Iraqi premier, Nouri Maliki.
