A Third of Jordanians Suffer Allergies

AMMAN —AlGhad— The Chairman of the Allergy and Immunology Doctors Association, Dr Hani Ababneh, said that around three million Jordanians suffer from one form of allergy or another, nearly one third of the Kingdom’s population.

More so, Dr Ababneh said that the numbers are rapidly increasing every year.

Therefore, in a statement at a press conference yesterday, Saturday, held at the Professional Associations Complex, Dr Ababneh called for the establishment of a national centre for allergies.
