Clashes in Nabulus, Numerous Palestinians Injured, Settlers Storm “Joseph Tomb”

RAMALLAH —AlGhad—  Clashes between Palestinian citizens and Israeli occupation forces erupted in Nabulus earlier today, Wednesday, after Israeli settlers stormed the “Joseph Tomb” east of the city, news agencies have confirmed.

Occupation troops used rubber-coated bullets against the unarmed Palestinians, and tear-gas, leaving scores of them injured.

A number of Palestinian citizens were injured early Wednesday, during clashes which erupted in Nabulus when Israeli occupation soldiers after settlers stormed the "Joseph Tomb" east of the city.

The Palestinian official in charge of the settlement file in the northern part of the West Bank, Ghassan Dauglas, said in a statement that Israeli occupation soldiers stormed the area of "joseph Tomb" to protect hundreds of extremist settlers who visited the shrine.
