RAMALLAH/AMMAN —AlGhad— A Palestinian farmer was shot dead while working his land by an Israeli occupation settler in cold blood earlier today, Thursday, south of Nabulus, north of the occupied West Bank.

Clashes erupted afterwards, between the residents of the Ras Nakhil area and occupation settlers and troops protecting them, leading to the injury of another Palestinian.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that Mahmoud Ahmad Odeh, 48, was shot multiple times and was taken to a hospital but did not survive.

Residents of the area and the nearby town rallied to his aid after maydays were sounded through the mosques’ speakers, and clashed with the occupation military and settlers.
