AMMAN — Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) scored first place in the “Best Airport in the Middle East” category, according to International Airport Group (AIG), the Jordanian company in charge of the Airport’s expansion and operation.

The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey for 2015 —the international index on traveller satisfaction in regards to the quality of airport services and facilities, listed AIA as the number one airport in the same Middle East category for two years in a row.

Notably, the Queen Alia Airport is listed among the world’s best 20 airports, serving annually between 5 and 15 million travellers.

The ASQ Survey covers 300 airports around 80 countries internationally, and 600 thousand travellers before boarding their flights every year.
