Jordan Ambassador to Tehran Recalled for Deliberation

AMMAN — According to Official Minister Speaker on State Affairs, Dr Mohammad Momani, recent Iranian inclinations reflecting through the Islamic Republic’s actions conflict with hopes enforced when Jordan announced support for the Iranian nuclear programme post the announcement on the agreement struck by the 5+1 group and the Republic; further explaining that Jordanian support was driven by hopes that the agreement would preface the reinforcement of Arab-Iranian relations and anchor stability in the region.

In this regard, the aftermath of the agreement witnessed a variety of Iranian position that are do not align with the hopes retained from strengthened ties with Iran, according to Momani, underlining that Jordan Ambassador to Tehran was recalled to discuss future steps in respect to Jordan-Iranian relations.
