“IFC”: USD100-150m in Joint-Investments with Jordanian Private Sector

AMMAN —Al Ghad— The World Bank (WB) launches the new joint framework programme with Jordan for the next 5 years, ending in 2021, with expected provisions at about USD1.5 billion over the first 2 year —maximum; grants and loans included, with increased access to finances, meanwhile the International Financial Corporation (IFC), has also stated that USD100-150 will be allocated for joint investments in partnerships with Jordanian private sector, annually.

According to WB, necessary deliberation have begun on the establishment on the new joint programme with Jordan, having provided in total, since 2012, USD1.1 billion to Jordan, so far.
