    The Iraqi government announced the withdrawal of a large portion of the "popular crowd" from the city of Tikrit, after the looting, arson and sectarian reprisal attacks that reached a level that does not allow the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to deny or ignore it.
