    The reshuffle conducted by Dr. Abdullah Ensour on his government did not exceed the expectations; maybe was way below despite the conviction of many political observers in advance that it would be an technically limited amendment. Maybe the only surprise was not appointing a defense minister, as it was supposed after the recent constitutional amendments, but it we can invoke here that the royal speech left the door open until the maturation of the idea completely.
