Jordanian Relief Convoy Arrives Gaza

AMMAN — A convoy carrying humanitarian aid from the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCC) arrived in the Gaza Strip on Monday.

The Commander of the Force, Colonel Taha Abu Al-Nasr, said this relief assistance comes within the framework of the royal directives to foster cooperation and coordination between the JHCC and the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army to reach out to the Palestinians in the enclave to alleviate their suffering and hardships.

He added the field military hospital, Gaza 51, works to meet needs of institutions and charities, and affirmed today's aid targets families battling difficult circumstances there.

On their part, the enclave's societies lauded this Royal relief effort.
